We were there for SO LONG without water, or our orders taken. We had to flag him down to put in our orders. Finally my husband went walking around to empty tables and grabbing bread plates and silverware for us. He passed us three times.🤦🏼‍♀️ Still no bread plates, silverware or water. Then we saw him walking all over the restaurant with my husband’s drink and girls drinks. (Well-gee, on a Friday night-crack open a bottle of a different merlot, and divide the cost per glass and sell that!!) He brought me a Cabernet, that tasted rancid. He came back 15 minutes later to tell me that they don’t have merlot by the glass. When he did, he only asked me, if I would like a drink-and then after I gave my drink order, started to walk away without asking the rest of the table, for their drink orders?!? Then he dropped off bread-no plates, no silverware, no water. Yes-it was a busy Friday night, but it was like they only had one server for the whole restaurant. This experience was, by far, the worst ever. We have been going to Brio for many, many, years.

Don't blame Covid, that is no reason for bad service and horrible food. I think one reason people go here is because they take large parties. But, not any longer! Watching the other people in the restaurant I would say they were all disappointed and disgusted. In the past the food was very good, the atmosphere pleasant and the service great. We've been to other Brios over the years, Denver, Houston & Southlake about 10 years ago. We watched the other tables she was serving and they were also upset at her service (one table even went and found the manager to complain about her). Server was very unfriendly and non attentive. After eating about a third of it, my husband spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. Also ordered the Pasta Brio, had giant tasteless rigatoni shells with a mystery sauce. Ordered Ravioli Di Bello, had a brine/vinegar taste, not sure if pasta had been cooked in old pasta water that had started to brine up, or if someone had added vinegar to the sauce instead of champagne. Mozzarella on bruschetta was old, tasted like it was purchased from sales bin at an old grocery store balsamic was tasteless. Atmosphere in restaurant was tense and heavy. Hostess said she has asked managers several times to remove from Open Table service and they ignore her. Got there and was told they don't honor Open Table reservations.
